Our Project Delivery Teams work hand-in-hand with our Customer Service Teams to ensure that there is a complimentary understanding of the solutions we deliver. Our Project Teams have access to the expertise of our Customer Service Regional managers who can advise on best, long-term solutions that avoid the “easy, quick-fix” and our Operations & Maintenance Teams are able to be part of the Project Execution hand-over to ensure that there is a seamless transition between Project Completion and O&M activities. We are able to transfer this symbiotic approach and mutual understanding into the systems we Operate and Maintain for other vendors equipment. We know about Project Delivery, which helps us more efficiently and responsibly Operate and Maintain any BHS.

Our approach, at it’s foundation, is simple. We start with safety and focus on PREVENTION, not repair. We believe in and focus on our Preventative Maintenance Schedule and will over-deliver in this area to ensure the uptime, reliability and longevity of your investment. Our second focus is in our mantra – “if you’re not working on the equipment, you’re cleaning it!”. Our experience has shown us, that if a system is properly cared for, it will look new until the day you replace it. And while some of the systems we maintain have equipment over 40 years old!, they not only run well because we maintain it properly, but it looks like it runs well and is maintained properly as well.
